For purposes of this Terms & Conditions, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Silicon Journey.

• We reserve the right to make changes to the Program at any time and for any reason, including, without limitation, insufficient enrollment, emergency or changed conditions, or based upon other circumstances which may affect the program.
• We are happy if you want to post the link to our website anywhere. Except in the case in which the information you promote is untrue, harmful, or misleading. In that case, we have the right to request legal liabilities.
• We have the right to turn down any applicant's inquiry, especially if the program eligibility requirements are not met
• We reserve our right to deny access to the services we offer and to our website to anyone for any reason and at any time, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• We can deny access to Silicon Journey to any applicant who does not meet our eligibility requirements or is for any other reason unsuitable for participation in the program.
• We can deny certain jobs to applicants, according to multiple rules, regulations, and intent of the J-1 Exchange Visitor program
• We also have the right to utilize publicly available information, including social media, which has not been directly provided by the applicant, as a basis for denial of a job offer.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or terminate a participant’s participation in the Silicon Journey Program if any violation occurs.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended nor able to limit any rights you have under the EU Consumer Law.

8. Applicable law

Any claim related to our Website shall be governed by the laws of Romania and the U.S.,  without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For collaborations with companies from the United States, the applicable governing law can be of a specific state. Most state laws in the United States are fairly consistent from state to state, but keep in mind that laws can vary from country to country.

9. Company partnerships

As stipulated by the U.S. Exchange Visitor Program regulations, we require authentication documents before partnering with a company.
